The Leadership Program

Spark School practices the Leader in Me process, an Award-Winning Leadership Training. We encourage students to take on leadership roles that develop their future-ready skills. Our program provides a challenging and interactive environment where all the members of our community have the chance to become leaders of self and others.

Our leadership course

Leading your Life

Habits are powerful forces in our lives. They determine our level of effectiveness or ineffectiveness. The purpose of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People is to help you lead your life in a truly effective way. They represent a proven process of personal and interpersonal growth that can have an immediate and lasting impact.
Through this course you will find important resources and tools to guide you in your adolescent journey. It can help you identify your strong points and how to work on them, as well as find collaboration and support in your projects.

Student Leadership

At Spark School, all the students have the opportunity to take on leadership roles. We encourage and support students to discover their voice, and their character. Students have the opportunity to explore and take the initiative in leading their projects, knowing that we are there to support them.

Students can translate the principles from the Leader in Me courses into real-life through various means in SPARK. They can take part in IDEAS Student Societies: Internationalism, Democracy, Environment, Adventure, and Service.

Apart from personal development, all leadership roles become part of our students’ portfolios, showing evidence of their development as people with effectiveness. This becomes especially important when applying for university and having to stand out from thousands of applicants. A strong portfolio can be the key to being admitted to top universities in the world.
