Florina is a Cluj native and graduate of Babes-Bolyai University with a double major in International Relations and Business Administration. After graduating from the Executive MBA programme at the University of Hull, she discovered a new passion for Innovation in the service processes. 

Raluca is a strategic marketing professional with 17+ years of experience in various industries and types of organisations – corporate, mid-size and startups. She’s passionate about education and its power to change the world. She’s an enthusiastic people person and aims to add value to the whole Spark Generation community.

Iulia has 20 years of experience in team management and is a skilled Global Education Program and Curriculum Design specialist.

Catrinel brings to the team perspective and the ability to adapt to the challenges of the international teaching recruitment market. She manages the Human Resources process, from staffing to induction and performance review process. 

Eva is an agile curriculum designer who strives for student and educator empowerment through the creation and delivery of clear and accessible resources that focus on authentic, relevant, and sustainable skills.
Her mission is to make coaching accessible, to serve, and to champion coachees globally and bring clarity and awareness to their values and strengths to help them navigate self-doubt and emerge more confident and comfortable on their journeys.

With a passion for writing & an undying love for creativity, Szilvia is part of the creative side of Spark. She has a diverse background in Journalism, Advertising, and Sales, and she is no stranger to international experiences. She has the ability to transform words into a story, and stories into emotions. She is the person behind lots of the writing you see on the Spark channels, and she is always eager to hear your Spark Generation story.

Emilia finds happiness in being creative and strives to learn how to be so in as many mediums as possible. She is enthusiastic about new approaches to education, as she learned and is improving most of the skills she uses daily through non-formal educational ways.

He is trustworthy, with strong analytical and problem solving skills, self motivated and able to take initiative and multitasking, with effective attention to details and high degree of accuracy.

I like working with people and trying to solve problems, relaxed and sociable, ready to give a helping hand when needed.

With a passion for sharing information and designing trainings, I am looking forward to find new ways to build knowledge in the most simplest ways.

Alina is a true enthusiast for organising, being solution-oriented. With a background in customer care, she brings her passion into helping the future generations by contributing to the improvement of educational systems.
